Wellness hypnosis sessions are available for assistance with various issues such as: weight loss, smoking cessation, anxiety, panic, phobias, self esteem, life transitions, stress management, time management, and creative blocks.
I have been a Certified Hypnotherapist and member of the National Guild of Hypnotists since 2014. I utilize hypnosis skills in order to assist you in making positive change and transformation on a deeper level by accessing the unconscious and conscious mind in synthesis. Hypnosis can help you reach uplifting resource states in your daily life. Hypnosis can also help you meet uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, and situations while creating a safe space to enable you to cope better with life's uncertainties. In order to help you meet your daily challenges, I offer a combination of hypnosis with other techniques such as EFT, bilateral stimulation, and mindfulness.
